The first answer is simple… someone you trust.
After you make the list of all your wrongs own it… then admit it to God and finally set an appointment to share it with one trustworthy person.  This is a person who always keeps things quiet if asked to.
You may ask why tell anyone?  We tell a person because it helps to bring healing… we have lived for years hiding the info on that list and now we choose to share it and leave it behind.  So tell a trusted person soon.
